              The single-station vacuum forming machine is special designed for production of refrigerator's inner liner of door and cabinet, the machine is taken into much consideration for many middle or small scale enterprises that having speciality of multi-types of products and frequently moulds changing etc., so it can be more economical than in multi-station forming machine line. The machine with advantages as follows: small and compact configuration, being easy to operate, capable for manufacturing large sheet, the control
system including the famous brand SIEMENS PLC, large touchable screen to directly setting parameters and with intelligent calculation device to control temperature accurately, via this function can control the temperature of heating area point to point, so the performance of man to machine interaction is very friendly and wonderful, in addition the proportion valve in pneumatic system help controlling the speed of blowing and demoulding more precisely and effectively.
